I often did not have time for breakfast. In the morning, sleep was always a priority, because it is so difficult for me to wake up early. But when I decided to go on a diet and lose weight, I was advised to start eating at home first.

When I began to cook at home, I did not have to make concessions and force myself to wake up early, because I can cook breakfast in the evening, but I will be sure of its usefulness and knowledge of each ingredient used. During the first week of my food at home, I managed to lose 10 pounds, during the second week another 10 pounds.
For the third week, it was difficult for me to come up with a menu for every day. I no longer wanted to eat some food, because it has become too much lately: for example, hummus. I always loved hummus, but when I ate it every day, even the variety of flavors adds did not help me.
I just decided not to eat it for a while until I miss him again. Therefore, for the sake of the experiment, I decided to return to my old way of life and eat again in some cafe, but this time I have more control over the food consumed.
At the end of the experiment, I saw that I had lost less than I could have lost when I ate at home. But it became difficult for me to come up with dishes that I would like to eat, and I did not want to spend a lot of time on these thoughts, which I can spend more profitably.
And then I decided to try to develop: a lose ten pounds in a week diet plan. I set aside just one day – Sunday, to come up with what I will eat for 7 days. Very predictable, but very convenient. After all, the necessary products will always be stored in your refrigerator, and you will unmistakably know what to cook tonight.

The diet will include sweet preparations at home. Especially for the sweet tooth, there are many recipes for healthy desserts. For breakfast, diet omelet is ideal: you need 2 eggs, a slice of butter, 1/3 cup of water or milk.
It is enough to mix all the ingredients together and leave in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Pancakes with meat: you need a pack of soft cottage cheese (175 g), 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons of ground oat bran, 2 tablespoons of corn starch, 250 ml of warmed milk, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of butter (I use coconut), 100 -150 ml of boiling water, a pinch of salt; if you want to make pancakes sweeter, use sweetener, 500g ground beef, 1 onion.
Mix all the ingredients. You should get a thick dough, you need to add boiling water at the end to change the texture to a more liquid one. Leave the dough for 10-15 minutes to allow it to swell.
To prepare the filling, you need to grease the pan with a drop of oil, put in non-fatty stuffing and stir all the time until it changes color, add finely chopped onions and spices. The last step is twisting the meat into pancakes. Steamed diet chicken cutlets, you can eat with asparagus garnish. You will need 450 grams of chicken, 400 grams of cabbage, 200 grams of carrots, 1 egg and fresh parsley.
The first thing to do is chop fillet, cabbage, and carrots. Add the egg and chopped parsley to the prepared meat. Next, we form cutlets and steam. The ideal meal for lunch is mushroom cream soup.
Prepare 300 g of champignons, 1 onion, 400 ml of water and 100 ml of milk. Mushrooms and onions should be chopped and fried in butter in a skillet for 10 minutes. Next, transfer the dishes to the stewpan and add water. When we remove the soup from the fire, it’s time to add milk and spices to taste. Grind in a blender and the dish is ready to eat.
We came to the most interesting point – the preparation of diet desserts. Diet Charlotte: 100g oatmeal, 3 eggs, 1 spoon of honey, 0.5 teaspoons of baking powder, 4 apples, 1 teaspoon of corn starch, a pinch of salt. Beat lush foam from the egg and a pinch of salt. Pour oatmeal and baking powder into the egg mixture, mix, add corn starch and honey.
Chop apples and mix with cinnamon. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with special paper and anoint with oil. Put half the apples, then the whole dough. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes. Bon Appetit!
Diet vitamin bars: 120 g dried cranberries, 100 g dried apples, 100 g dried apricots, 150 g prunes, 50 grams of raisins, 120 g nuts, 30 g flax seeds, 20 g sesame seeds, 100-200 grams of cold water. Wash and lay dried fruits on plates. Soak flax seeds in water so that they slightly swell. Grind everything in a blender and add cold water.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, form sweets from the prepared mass, put them on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. These bars are a real vitamin boom.
