Before this, most people were interested in another problem – how not to lose their weight and maintain strength until old age. Exhaustion meant illness and inability to work. More precisely, normalizing weight is just a side effect of good tea. First of all, it provides vitamins and minerals, lowers blood cholesterol, normalizes metabolism, accelerates fat burning, protects cells from damage by free radicals and gives energy for an active life and exercise. With the regular use of white, green tea or oolong, the excess weight goes away gradually, but surely. A handful of fresh mint and tarragon leaves, together with lemon peel, slightly crush and brew together with 1 tbsp. of green tea. Insist 5-10 seconds, pour over the cups and drink immediately. If you need cold tea, drain it into a separate container and refrigerate it in the refrigerator or with ice cubes.
Mix equal amounts of oak bark, yarrow, tansy flowers, and lingonberry leaves. Brew with boiling water and let it brew for 10 minutes. Drink in the morning with honey.
