I set a goal. It did not include losing weight by 100 lbs, starving or training in the gym to death. I am a young and beautiful girl, in my power to change everything around me.

From a large list of diets, I chose the most suitable for myself: lose 8 pounds in 10 days. At the first stage of building my ideal body, this was enough. At the beginning of my journey, my weight was 110 pounds. I wanted to get rid of excess fat in problem areas, such as the stomach, and the inside of the legs. And then gradually and slowly lose weight along with training and proper nutrition.

I want to weigh 90 pounds and I can’t be stopped before this desire, all the more, it seemed to me that lose 8 pounds in 10 days would be easy with an herbal diet.


What is an herbal diet and how does it work

Everything is new, it is well forgotten old. Our ancestors used herbs for various purposes: as a cure for any disease, as prevention, as a treatment. Grandmothers and great-grandmothers did not know what a diet was, but even at that time, they wanted to look good.

Currently, you can buy the right herbs at the pharmacy. The basis of your diet is linden, mistletoe, chamomile, mint. If you are not allergic, stock up on honey. In addition, you can choose lemon, cucumber pickle or sauerkraut. On the first day of my diet, I was limited to fats and fried. Brewed 2 liters of linden in a thermos and drank during the day.

On the second day, I did the same procedure with mistletoe. For 4 tablespoons mistletoe 2 liters of water. It is proved that mistletoe dissolves fats and cleanses the body of toxins, and also suppresses appetite. On the third day, I prepared a mixture of mistletoe and linden in the same ratio. I told myself: I want to lose 5 pounds this week.

On the fourth day, add 2-3 tablespoons of natural honey to your infusion. On the fifth day, I cooked the mistletoe and linden, added honey and juice of 1 lemon there. 6-10 days everything repeats in a circle. A large amount of fluid is good for the body. I felt that my appetite decreased, and I began to lose weight. It was easier for me to get up in the morning.

If earlier I could be lazy and not do exercises, then after cleansing my body, I wanted to set aside time for running, jumping and barbell in the morning. I told myself: “I want to lose 5 pounds this week.” What do you think? I did it!

For me personally, sticking to a diet was much easier than doing all the exercises. Diet has its beginning and end. This cannot be said about sports. If you have taken this path, turn it into a lifestyle, otherwise, you will not succeed. The first golden rule – do morning exercises.

Next, I set aside 15-20 minutes every day for other exercises. With their help, you can burn 3500 calories a day. I still do them, but sometimes I can take a day off due to a cold or fatigue, but not more than 1-2 times a week. And so, the first exercise to remember is lifting your legs up from a prone position.

To begin with, it is enough to perform 20 times in 3 approaches. Then I increased the amount to 50 times when it became easy for me to do this, I began to use additional weighting materials for the legs. The second exercise is a “Bicycle”. It helps to make slim legs and stomach. It is advisable to lift the upper torso and rest on the elbows when performing the exercise. Three: spreading the legs to the side from a prone position.

To enhance the effect, a special fitness gum. The inner thigh and the press are affected. Four: another exercise that I did while lying down. When resting on your hands, lift your pelvis. At the highest point, spread your knees in different directions. Repeat 20 times in 3 sets.

Burn 3500 calories a day will be ensured if you do the plank every day. I started with a 30-second static position on elbows. A month later, I could easily stand a minute and a half. On your own, you can turn on jogging in the morning and then you will burn even more than 3500 calories per day! For the information of the girls who have the most problematic place is their stomachs – nothing helped me so much as the “vacuum of the stomach”. Do every morning on an empty stomach and it will be toned and flat.
