This diet is intended not only for weight loss but also for appearance in general: the skin becomes more elastic due to the content of a large amount of collagen in broths. I want to lose 10 lbs in a month, although the doctor promises to lose even 15 pounds!
It seems to me that a lot depends on various other factors, such as activity during the day, bad habits and the nature of sleep. I had several bad habits, so I tuned in to losing 10, not 15 pounds.

The fact that this diet is called “bouillon” does not mean that you can’t eat anything except this dish. The only broth you eat several times a week. Keep in mind that it can be prepared in many ways, and with meat. It is better to use lean meat, I bought chicken or turkey.
I also often cooked the broth with fish. It is important to cook it for a long time so that there is good bone gain, it will be more useful. Vegetables should be added to the broth for taste and balance: onions, celery, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage, etc., the main thing is not to overdo it. Potatoes should not be added as it contains starch.

By the way, the broth has very few calories, and there are also completely no carbohydrates, so it can be eaten in unlimited quantities. Wednesday: I allow myself everything, but as practice shows, I don’t rush for sweet and fatty foods, I just eat meat salads and can let me eat some potatoes. Thursday: fish soup with celery and broccoli. Friday is free. Saturday – broth with turkey or rabbit.
A logical question arises: am I supplementing the diet with any physical exercises? – the answer is yes. But I do not go to the gym and do not spend time training at home.
To maintain physical activity, I began to dance and attend group classes. In addition, I try to walk a lot in the fresh air. I managed to lose unwanted centimeters without losing my sense of full life!
