At first, the amount of these pounds seems simply huge, and losing them so quickly is unrealistic. But the reality is different. Briefly my story: I and my best friend in college agreed that we would be the maid of honor at each other’s weddings.

The first one I got married. I was overweight, but this did not affect my personal life since my husband loved me as I am. But I promised to lose weight at a friend’s wedding! There is very little time left, I started trying any methods of losing weight, but I could only help one – the right post.

Next, I was individually assigned the number of days for the post. The most common indicator is 5 \ 2, where you eat 5 days, and 2 starve. During fasting, drink water or other liquid.

There are cases when the doctor forbids starving completely, in this case for 2 days in a row you just eat a little, maybe only soup in small quantities, so the body will be cleaned. In the first week, it was difficult for me: for 2 whole days I did not eat anything, I felt bad, but managed to lose 18 pounds in 4 days.

On the third day, when it was allowed to eat anything, I did not want to eat much. I limited myself to soup for breakfast, fish stew for lunch and mozzarella with tomatoes for dinner.

The result was very noticeable. In addition to the diet, I started taking Vitamin C in the morning. On other days I ate avocados in the evenings. It’s time to buy an outfit for the holiday.

I went to the store and found a dress that I immediately fell in love with! There was only one copy left, and that one was several sizes smaller than mine!

I decided that this would be another added incentive to still lose 18 pounds in 4 days. And with the help of proper fasting, I succeeded. I even began to worry that this dress did not become big on me!

I lost weight even when I ate!

For 5 days, I ran in the mornings and did physical exercises to burn the calories I eat. I did not consult with a specialist, but according to my logic, the less my body will take calories, the more effective I will start to lose weight.

Therefore, I counted calories and did sports, losing the same calories. At first, I managed to lose 20 lbs in 5 days, then everything started to decline.

It seems to me that due to exhaustion, the body began to accumulate fat on its own, I did something wrong, so I started to eat a little more and added a wider range of products to the diet.

On my friend’s wedding day, I met many of my old college friends. They could not believe their eyes when they saw me, and I, in turn, received many compliments.

My friend said that she also tried to lose weight with a hungry diet, but she could not cope with how I can lose 20 lbs in 5 days, and she quickly gave up on hunger. But she was helped by a gym and proper nutrition.

After I achieved the result, I stopped starving and just switched to an interval post. My “window of power” is 8 hours. The remaining 16 hours include sleep, walks, and sports, but without food. Therefore, I manage to keep myself in good shape and be the owner of a seductive figure.
