Those people who have deeply studied the topic of losing weight for themselves or for professional purposes know that with rapid weight loss, the so-called “excess skin” remains.
It sagging and even if you become slim, your figure did not look better, but all because of sagging skin. Senility can be on the arms, chest, abdomen, and legs, sometimes it appears as stretch marks, and sometimes as just something foreign on your body.
When I wanted to lose weight, I did not take into account many factors, including this one. When I lose 10 kilos in 10 days at the beginning of the diet, I was extremely happy.
I knew that I could lose even more. But then I noticed that the figure on the scales is decreasing, but my figure is not getting any better. Then I turned to a specialist for help. I was told that the only effective way to deal with stretch marks is to remove them with a laser.
Firstly, I was scared enough to do it (never before had I encountered such situations), and secondly for me at that moment it was not cheap. I turned to the Internet for help (like all people in the 21st century).
I found many video courses with exercises, but none of them helped me. The stretch marks were not yet visible on the body, there was only very decrepit skin and I was lucky (I think I could not cope with stretch marks on the body myself).
Then I decided to conduct an experiment and come up with my own formula for the fight. At the same time, I wanted to and was scared to lose 10 kilos in 10 days again. On the one hand, I would achieve my goal and become slimmer, but on the other, this could be fraught with even more decrepit skin.
My formula for proper weight loss, without stretch marks on the body
At first, I had to say goodbye to the idea of losing weight quickly. In order for the skin to go proportionally, I had to lose weight slowly. It is important to remember that a lot depends on your body, maybe there are girls who can lose 10 kilos in a week and their skin will feel normal.
The next thing I did was put together a set of static exercises for toned skin. Every day, seven days a week, I did become in the exercise “plank”. The first week I stood for 1 minute, and with each next week, I added 10 seconds. The second exercise is push-ups from the floor.
This exercise helps strengthen the muscles on the chest and back. Third: “hanging on the horizontal bar” – 30-40 seconds will be enough. Fourth: raising your legs while you are hanging on the horizontal bar will strengthen your legs and stomach.
The systematic nature of these exercises is important. Soon, my body began to look better. And although I could not forget about the possibility of lose 10 kilos in a week, still health and aesthetics were important to me. My experiments did not end with the exercises.
Twice or thrice times a week I took a hot bath with a few drops of orange oil and sea salt. I bought a lot of coffee-based body scrubs, after scrubbing the skin I definitely applied a moisturizer.
In the morning I had to convince myself to start taking a contrast shower; it is famous for maintaining skin elasticity. Once a week, I began to visit a massage therapist who used a large number of different warming ointments and essential oils.
I made sure that in my diet there were such foods as nuts, fish, vegetables, herbs, and fruits. About 1.5 liters of clean drinking water should be drunk per day. It took me more than a year to lose the right amount of kilograms.
But I can be proud of myself that my figure does not seem to be the one in which there was once a large amount of fat. And I was so fond of cosmetic services that I use them now, for example, to prevent cellulite or fat deposits.
If I had the opportunity to say something to all losing weight girls, I would say that they were not afraid to lose weight slowly. You definitely will not regret the result, after losing weight.
