My parents did not have enough money to educate me at a prestigious college. Therefore, after school, I went in search of work in order to have money, to pay for myself. I tried many different professions: seller in the supermarket, personal assistant, administrator, etc. After several years of searching, I found a permanent governess job.

I raised a little girl who was 6 years old and I was 21 years old. I lived in their house and we were like one family. I did not deny myself anything, there was always a lot of food in the refrigerator. At 25, I began to feel lonely, but I could not afford to change my life, which I was so used to, and the little girl became like my daughter, and I just began to fill my loneliness with food. By age 30, my weight exceeded 200 pounds. Anna at that time was already 15 years old, was a turning point in my life. She was slightly overweight. At school, she liked the guy, and she began to show complexity in her appearance. I did not know how to help her, but every day she became more and more upset.

Then I promised her that I would find a way how to burn 7000 calories a week, and we will begin to do this together. I began to read a lot of literature from renowned nutritionists and athletes, all of them repeated as one that it was necessary to combine proper nutrition and sports loads. Weight should be shed slowly. After six months, Anne lost weight and started making friends with a guy she liked, and I was glad to help her, moreover, I noticed that the result comprehended me.

How I lost 30 kgs in 3 months

For the first time in my life, I took myself and my body so seriously. It was important for me how much I sleep and how many steps I go in a day. There were many people around me who believed and supported me. And although 30 kgs in 3 months seemed an unimaginable indicator, I had this goal. The loneliness that used to be filled with food was now filled with motivation, it gave me strength.

My morning began at 6 in the morning with a glass of water with lemon to cleanse the body. I had to get up very early in order to be in time before the start of the working day. Further on the plan was running, charging, stretching. After all these procedures, I took a contrast shower. To lose 30 kgs in 3 months, I worked seven days a week. My life has made sense, and this is the main thing in achieving goals. In the evening, I read a lot of literature from famous American fitness trainers.

With their help, I easily managed to keep statistics of my health, maintain the correct balance and lose weight. When June came, I was fully prepared to study at the camp. I managed to get rid of 30 kgs in 3 months! Now I am a successful fitness trainer and help young and adults to achieve harmony of mind and body. I changed jobs, but still, love and chat with Anna, who turned my life upside down!
