Who said that you can choose only one diet? If you make enough effort and follow all the recommendations, you will be able to lose excess weight. When I chose diets, I liked two at once, I decided not to choose but to follow both.
My friends said that it would be less effective, since the amount of food consumed per day and, accordingly, calories increases, preventing the body from losing weight. There was logic in these words, then I decided to follow one diet for 3 days, and the next three for another.
Thus, I diversified my diet, did no harm to the body, and lost 3 pounds in 3 days. Can I say that I made one of two diets? Yes! But the fact that the recommendations differ is the place to be.
I advise you not to forget about sports. It seems to me that more than half of my success depended on hard physical exercises in the gym, at home, and on the street. Even during lunch breaks at work, I tried to be as active as possible: a lot of walking, sometimes walking in a jump.

Nutrition Plan for Losing 10 Pounds in One Week
The first three days I followed a diet based on honey. A well-known fact about honey: this product speeds up metabolism, improves digestion, lowers appetite, improves immunity and even smoothes wrinkles.
You will be able not only to lose weight but also noticeably younger. Every morning, before eating, I was drinking a “miracle” drink. It does not take much time or effort to prepare it. Take 1 cup of warm water, add the juice of a quarter of a lemon, 1-2 teaspoon of honey. Before dreams, you should drink the same drink, but without the addition of lemon juice.
During the day I drank more 2 liters of clean water without gas, a complete rejection of meat in favor of fish and seafood. A day later, an hour before bedtime, I took a special healing honey-oatmeal bath.
To properly make a bath you will need 1 cup of oatmeal and half a glass of honey. Pour the flakes with two liters of water, bring to a boil, boil for 2 minutes and strain the broth in the bath.
Take it for 15-20 minutes. On a honey diet, you can not starve, but you need to exclude from the diet fatty, fried, canned, salty dishes, and everything flour. The next three days I spent on a diet with soups. Top 3 of my favorite diet soups:
1. Vegetable soup: onions, carrots, garlic, mushrooms, olive oil, cabbage, zucchini, beans, tomatoes, 2 liters of chicken broth without salt, spices. Following a diet is very easy to lose 10 pounds in one week.
2. Garlic soup: 12 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of olive and butter, ginger root, onion, red pepper, 100 ml cream, 2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth, lemon. This soup will help not only to lose weight but also not to get cold!
3. Pumpkin soup: 700 grams of pumpkin, chicken stock, 2 tablespoons of ginger root, garlic, 300 g of boiled chicken breast, red pepper.
