When I moved to a more conscious age, I began to think about the meaning of life. I think this is not news in the 21st century, and this has happened with many people. I gave myself the answer that everyone has their own meaning, it is different and unique.
My point is to find harmony. This harmony is not in a comprehensive attitude to life, but harmony in every industry of what we want, what we are interested in and fill our life with. In order to find harmony, I filled my life with only those things that bring me happiness.
The only thing that didn’t want to give in to me was in harmony with my body. I always considered myself beautiful and attractive, but this was not enough for harmony.
Due to my excess weight, I often felt tired and lazy. Before you run for a gym membership. I decided to turn to a psychologist, and my best psychologist is me! I thought it would be great to review my diet. I always loved fresh salads, but I never attached any importance to looking for diet recipes or something like that.
Also, salads were like snacks for me, but I could never feel full satiety. It seemed to me that the best way to start your weight loss is to detoxify the body. Detox is the process of neutralizing and eliminating toxins from the body that have got into it or appeared due to poisoning.
After I found out about the varieties of salads that act like detox on the body and began to experiment and achieved my goal. I lost 5 pounds in 2 days guaranteed with detox salads.

Bright vitamin salad with yogurt dressing: cabbage, carrots, onions, parsley, tomatoes. For the sauce: 100 ml of yogurt without additives, 2 tablespoons of honey, lemon zest. I just slice all the ingredients and season with the sauce. You can eat such a salad even in the evening, not being afraid to gain weight.
The second recipe is called Baked Beetroot Salad with Orange. The name speaks for itself; you need beets, oranges, 2-3 celery stalks, onion, lettuce, parsley. For the dressing: 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, 2 small tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
Wrap the beets in foil and pre-bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Then squeeze the juice from 1 orange and cut into small pieces of celery and onions. Pour celery and onions with two tablespoons of orange juice and leave in the marinade for 15-20 minutes.
Then prepare the dressing: in a bowl, mix the remaining orange juice, olive oil, wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Peel another orange, cut into neat slices, trying to get rid of the white segments. By this time, beets should just be ready, take it out of the oven and cut into large cubes.
Prepare a plate for the dish with lettuce leaves on it, lay the pickled onions and celery, orange slices and beets on top, pour dressing on top and add parsley. You have a salad ready. This is one of my favorite recipes. Next recipe: New squid salad! Great for those who love seafood and want to lose weight without loading their stomachs.
