I wake up in the morning, barely have time to drink coffee, for breakfast I have a chocolate bar, which I eat on the go upstairs to work. Then I have a meeting with clients, I drink another cup of coffee and start sketching for a future project. I look at the watch at almost 1 pm. Lunchtime, the cafe only has chicken sandwiches, so this is better than starving.

Time passed unnoticed, in the evening I come home, my back hurts, I eat a piece of buckwheat porridge with a chop and go to bed. – This is a brief description of my schedule, which led me to a decrepit body, 154 pounds of weight and problems with posture. I realized that it was time to pull myself together, and developed for myself a technique that I called the “rabbit technique.” I managed to lose 5 pounds in 3 days.

I planning my nutrition every day

The technique was clarity and planning. I sit about 8 hours a day in front of the monitor. From about 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. At 1 p.m. I get up for lunch, which lasts an hour. I broke my free time into exercise and eating. To perform the exercises, I got up from the workplace every hour and spent 10 minutes on it. Exercises can include anything: warm-up, push-ups, squats, and sometimes even running. (imagine the faces of people who are now sitting in coffee houses with me).

Every 3 hours I ate. First I started to have breakfast – oatmeal on milk, granola or bread with bran and avocado sauce. Then I picked up a big bunch of fruits and nuts and ate them every 3 hours. If I wanted to eat more, I bought cheesecakes. I generally refused dinner but did not die of hunger. I was happy that I lost 5 pounds in 3 days, and I did not need more, but it was stability. But if in the evening I was hungry, then I ate boiled eggs. Changing your lifestyle was easy and even pleasant. The result that you see in the photo, I achieved in 2 months.

Many people are frightened by the fear of responsibility, as well as the erroneous opinion that it takes a lot of time to engage in oneself, otherwise, you will not see the result. In fact, all you need is to learn how to use your time and you will succeed.
