In addition, you can use low-fat kefir or yogurt – up to 1 liter per day; water, herbal tea (naturally, without sugar) – unlimited; low-fat cottage cheese – instead of cereal for lunch, only 100 grams, and not every day; sour apple. You can go to bed for four hours after dinner.

Watermelon diet

The effectiveness of this diet is based on the ability of watermelon to have a diuretic effect. As a result, harmful substances are actively removed from the body, and with the extra pounds. The set of products with this diet is the same for every day, but you need to change their places so that the menu is varied.

  • Breakfast. Any porridge or vegetables, or low-fat hard cheese.
  • Lunch. Boiled meat or boiled fish, or steamed vegetables.
  • Dinner. Actually watermelon, at the rate of 1 kg of berries per 30 kg of mass.

  • Day 2. Breakfast is the same. Lunch – eggs, 2 pieces, a sandwich (butter and cheese). Dinner – 2 apples.
  • Day 3. For breakfast for tea, 70 grams of jam (better than berry). Lunch – boiled chicken leg, tea. Dinner – boiled beans.
  • Day 4. Breakfast – again oatmeal and tea. Lunch – chicken eggs, 3 pieces. Dinner – a couple of pears.
  • Day 5. Breakfast – a sandwich for tea (butter and cheese). Lunch – boiled chicken leg, milk. Dinner – 2 boiled potatoes, tea.

If you think about how to lose 14 pounds in a week, you should be aware that quite often it leads to disappointment, and here’s why. The first to “lose weight” are parts of the body with the loosest fatty tissues: face, chest, and then – in increasing density: buttocks, abdomen, and legs. In just a week, the latter may simply not have time to lose fat, and the result will turn out to be completely different than expected. Very often, extra pounds go not due to fat, but due to the release of water from the body. The problem is that the rapid loss of water can lead to dehydration and many unpleasant side effects – constipation, headache, muscle cramps, and low energy.

It is important to remember that sudden weight loss can lead to such psychological consequences: body dysmorphia, anorexia, or bulimia.
