It’s no secret that after 40 years a woman is very much changing externally and internally. I was no exception and also got on the list of people who were overtaken by a midlife crisis. The first stage, when you stop liking yourself, you don’t feel like you are a woman, you can not like a man, you don’t want to put on a dress and go to a restaurant.
Weekdays become gray and boring and you have no choice but to reconcile. In the second stage, you are at a crossroads, you have the choice to either go with the flow without doing anything, because you feel that you don’t have enough strength for this, or start a “struggle with age”. I chose to fight with age. I was even scared by the thought that old age would come soon, and I would just live out my days. I had a lot of new hobbies that increased my activity during the week.
I began to monitor my sleep because this is an important part that affects metabolism. At my age, it is very important to maintain good metabolism. Then I started to lose weight and quickly did it; it didn’t work out for me; I lose 5 kilos in 2 weeks. In relation to my weight, it was a tiny fraction. But on the other hand, it’s hard to say that I tried hard to do this. At that moment, I was more focused on achieving harmony within myself. I read a lot of literature from female psychologists, I attended courses where people with the same problems gathered as me.
So gradually I came out of my depression, began to enjoy life and realized that it was time to now deal with my external data. I encouraged that I was able to lose 5 kilos in 2 weeks, but was not going to stop there. I wanted to lose weight to change my entire wardrobe and change the style of my clothes. Clothing for a woman is a very important attribute that shows the mood and aura around a person.
After 8 months, it happened! Instead of dark, gloomy things, I preferred light, pastel colors. Instead of wide trousers, stylish skirts. For the first 3 months, I consistently lose 5 kilos in 2 weeks, then my weight loss increased to 7 kilograms in 2 weeks.
My method of losing weight and finding harmony
I would not want to complicate very simple things. Harmony is achieved when do not seek it when they do not try to attract it. For me, harmony is the correspondence between external and internal data. When I began to spend time actively and felt youth in myself, it was necessary to improve my physical data. I started changing my body. In a particularly productive period, I lost 10 kilos in 2 weeks.
Everyone is probably already interested in what I did and what I ate to get in shape. It’s simple, I did not refuse food, I really like meat and various delicacies. I just reduced the serving. If you get to my house, you will probably laugh. Dishes with which I eat very small, this is more suitable for a child or a cat. The spoons with which I eat are also small. While eating, I try to eat slowly and chew everything very carefully. So I couldn’t manage to eat a lot, but I didn’t want to eat anymore.
Losing 10 kilos in 2 weeks was very easy. Amount of food intake: 8 months I always eat at the same time, without days off! My body is so used that at another time I just can’t eat. There were situations that I was going to spend time with my friends and sat with a glass of water while they enjoy eating. And happened the other way around, everyone has already eaten and are going to have fun, but I have to skip all the fun because it is time for me to eat.
Every morning I drink a glass of water with lemon: 1 teaspoon per 150 g of water. It helps to start processes in my body. After half an hour I have breakfast. When you change your body, you meet a new self, discover a new personality that was created through your efforts.
