– Apple day: 1.5 kg of apples. Calorie content: 690 kcal.

– Fruit and egg day: five times a day, one egg and 10 grams of apples with a cup of broth from any berry (sugar-free). It is carried out with the normal liver function. Calorie content: 650 kcal.

– Rice day: rice cooked without salt, 370 g + stewed fruit from 800 g apples without sugar (or 300 g apples) + 1 liter of liquid (tea without sugar or mineral water). Calorie content: 596 kcal.

If you want to enhance the effect of losing weight without harming your health, then reduce the calorie content of these days by 30-45%. You just need to add to the menu the natural substance phaseolamine (you can eat a white bean extract to get it). This component inhibits the action of the digestive enzyme alpha-amylase, which is produced by the pancreas and small intestine and is necessary for breaking down complex carbohydrates into simple sugars, with which we get calories.

General tips

So you need to:

avoid carbohydrates, alcohol, meat, dairy products, cheeses, butter, pastries, refined sugar, fried foods, coffee, tea (except green);

Limit salt. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, some white fish and tofu;

Split the ration. For breakfast, eat foods containing starch and plant foods, for dinner – protein and plant foods. Start each meal with fruit to avoid fermentation in the stomach;
