In desperation, I resorted to nutritional supplements, diet pills, drank tea, which promised quick weight loss. Such attempts were a test for the body and for me. I came to the gym, asked the coach to deal with me individually, but I could not cope.
Sometimes, I spent a lot of time at work and I didn’t have the strength to go to the gym, sometimes I was just mentally exhausted and instead of the gym, I preferred to watch movies at home. Then I accidentally heard from colleagues at work about a new diet: the girls were able to lose five pounds a day. I was afraid to try a new technique, because of the previous mistakes that did not bring me a long-term result. But on the other hand, I didn’t want to be a lonely overweight woman. I took this step so that in my experience I will verify the veracity of the new method and lose five pounds a day.

The main advantage of this technique is that you can eat everything for the remaining 8 hours a day. Do not give up your favorite dishes. A few facts about the diet: so that you can easily start following the “food corridor” or “food window”, you must set your internal biological clock. Ideally, if you start waking up early, your breakfast will be no later than an hour after waking up, the portion should be larger than the one you plan to eat for lunch.
The fact is that in the morning the body releases the hormone cortisol, which gives us strength and causes appetite, in the evening the body produces melatonin, which slows down all the processes in the body, preparing it for sleep. It is difficult for people with improperly set internal biological clocks to refuse to eat in the evening because by the evening their cortisol level begins to rise, the second minus is that it is released less in the morning, and it is difficult for you to wake up.
It also increases the risk of developing diabetes, depression, and obesity. I was interested in the fact: if you feel a strong feeling of hunger, just wait 2 hours and the wave will subside. The diet was not static, I kept to a single schedule, but the size of the time window changed. The first 2 weeks I spent on a 16/8 schedule, of which 8 hours I ate any food I wanted. But I found a minus: it was difficult for me to control myself and not to be in the company during a joint dinner or any other type of vacation. But this is not something compared to the result that I saw on the scales, and the joy for every 10 pounds in 4 days!
