Exercise three to four days a week. Together with warm-up and stretching, the training will take about 40 minutes. Do not skip workouts even if your muscles hurt: moderate exercise will ease your condition.
Between approaches, rest for 45 seconds, between exercises – until breathing is restored, but not more than two minutes.

Take a walk
