The most difficult thing for me was to determine what exactly am I afraid of? A person cannot be fearless, but you need to know yourself well enough to admit what you are afraid of.

Some are afraid of loneliness, others are on the contrary a crowd of people, there are people who are panicky afraid of death and this is normal! It is important not to try to eradicate this from yourself, just accept yourself and your fears, then they have no effect on you.
