Bloggers write recipes and secrets to help you lose weight. But they will not help and will not be effective if you do not know what to do is not worth it, if you intend to lose the number of extra pounds. The first mistake that the “new ones” make is a rush. You have nowhere to rush, from the fact that you begin to starve or sharply reduce calories consumed, the weight will not leave you forever. If you say to yourself “today I will eat a slice of cheese and a teaspoon of porridge”, the next day you will feel powerless, dark hands will appear under your eyes, and your hands will tremble. Undoubtedly, by the end of the week, you will see a minus on the scales, but at what cost did you manage to do this? And how long will this last?
Personal example: I identified the most dangerous and fatty foods that I love so much, and replaced them with other foods that I found it easy can to fall in love with. For example, I love to watch movies in the evening for some kind of snack, such as chips. I replaced the usual viewing of a movie with sweets with cereal bread. And so I did with many products.
The second mistake of the diet is the transition to vegetarianism and a raw food diet with the goal of losing weight. If you are deeply convinced that you don’t want to eat meat anymore for personal reasons, such as protest the killing of animals, or you don’t want to eat corpses, or it’s environmentally beneficial not to eat meat and you are ready to bear responsibility for your choice and ideology – then you are just a sane person and with the right substitution of protein in your diet you will be able to lose weight and feel better. But from personal experience, I know about people who refused to consume meat in order to lose weight, not inspired by the philosophy of vegetarianism. As a result, their body was exhausted by the lack of certain elements.

The third mistake: the use of fiber. Perhaps you heard somewhere that with its help you can eat any food and at the same time pounds will not be added to your body. But this opinion is erroneous because in nature and the world has not yet come up with a means that could break down fat. Fat is energy, and you can get rid of it only when there is a process that consumes this energy.
The fourth mistake. Fortunately, few people use this method, but those who still think they can lose weight with slimming tea, get ready for the bitter truth. Such tea is based on a diuretic and laxative effect. Such an approach is fraught not only uncomfortable with the frequent desire to go to the toilet, but the intestinal microflora also suffers. You may experience hair loss, dry skin, and other imbalances in the body. The same mistake can be attributed to diet pills and powders.
In terms of sporting life, try not to overdo it. Overloads adversely affect the spine, joints and general condition of the body. Muscles recover after exercise for 48 hours. Based on this information, the right approach will be to visit the gym three times a week.
When I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks, I went to the gym only 2 times a week. But at the same time I did not forget my daily physical activities:
- Walk a lot.
- Take the stairs, not the elevator.
- Five-minute exercise in the morning.
The pursuit of the ideal
Stay alone with yourself and start a dialogue. And our time, this does not sound so crazy as, for example, 100 years ago. You must understand yourself! Do you have an ideal? A living person or an image that you would like to imitate with pleasure that inspires you? Remember that no matter how you try, you are you. And no one will be able to be an exact copy of someone else. If the weight of your idol is 100 pounds, do not strive for the same weight. Strive for a body in which it will be comfortable for you. Get motivation, but apply it through the prism of your vision and your body and mind.
